Will you need a security deposit? Why?

A security deposit on your card will be blocked and released a few days after your departure. We hope you take care of your apartment as if it were your own. The security deposit will be used in case of damage to appliances, furniture, lighting or equipment. We understand that accidents happen and if something is damaged during your stay it is important that you contact our team immediately to solve it as soon as possible. In the case of monthly reservations, the security deposit can be used to pay for supplies if they are not included.

Do we need to bring ID or passport?

Yes, it is essential. Make sure you have a valid identification (DNI, NIE or passport) as we will need it as part of your registration.

Can I extend my stay once I am in the apartment?

Of course! However, it is subject to availability. We recommend that you get in touch with our team and we will help you as much as possible. Sometimes the apartment you are occupying may not be available to extend your stay, in that case we will be happy to find you a similar one

How many sets of keys will I receive?

A set of keys will be provided to you. But apartments with 3 bedrooms or more will have an additional set. Some of our apartments have a digital door code.

How much do I pay for cleaning fees?

The cleaning fee is calculated when booking according to the number of rooms in the apartment.

Will someone meet me at the apartment?

A member of our team will be at your disposal to welcome you, show you your apartment and clarify any questions you may have. In order for us to receive you properly, it is essential that you inform us about your arrival details in advance so that we can book a check-in appointment.

Do the apartments have an Internet connection?

All our accommodations have totally free Internet

What are the basic equipment of our apartments?

As a rule, we always offer clean towels and bedding, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, amenities, WiFi and an equipped kitchen.

Are there any rules in the apartment?

Our apartments are real properties in neighborhood communities and we strongly ask for your respect and consideration for them. In addition, we have a strict non-smoking policy. The rest of the rules will be explained at the time of your check in.

Is there a check in time?

Our hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Early arrivals are subject to availability and have a supplement. In case of early arrival, we recommend that you notify us the night before.
